How long does it take for a buyer to receive an order?
Orders usually take 2-3 days to ship. Once we provide the tracking number, the order will be completed within 5-10 days (this is the standard process, and the actual delivery time may vary by 1-2 days).
Can you help track my order?
Yes, we will email you a tracking number once the package has been dispatched. If you do not receive your tracking number within 10 business days, please contact us.
For some custom products, please contact us if the logistics information shows that the package has been held for 5 business days, or that the estimated delivery date has exceeded 10 business days and you have not received the package.
Due to logistical reasons, the delivery time for each package will be calculated separately, so the delivery time for combined orders cannot be guaranteed.
How do I return/exchange an item?
For any refund/exchange requests, please contact us within 7 business days of package delivery.
In some cases, GOODFORTUME does not accept returns for items that are still in new, unused condition (all accessories must also be returned with the item).
